Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, October 16, 2024: In exercise of powers under Section 6 (1) (e) of the Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act-2012, Additional District Magistrate Viraj Shyamkaran Tidke has cancelled the licence of Hi Touch Consultant firm.
Additional District Magistrate Viraj Shyamkaran Tidke informed that Hi Touch Consultant firm SCF No: 10, 2nd Floor, Phase-2, Mohali, District Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar owner Amrik Singh son Kulwant Singh resident of Village Dhabanwala Khurd Post Office Dhabanwala Kalan, Tehsil Baltana, District Gurdaspur, currently resident of House No. HL-77, Phase-7, Mohali, District Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar was issued licence No. 271/IC, dated 08.02.2019 for consultancy work. This licence has expired on 07-02-2024.
Additional Deputy Commissioner informed that as per the report of Tehsildar Mohali, office being closed, not receiving registered letter of residential address and not getting office address, not submitting monthly report, not renewing license, not following the terms of license. Under the provisions of Section 6(1)(E) of Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act-2012, the firm and licensee have committed an offence of not responding/giving clarification to the notice.
Therefore, in view of the above facts, Shri Viraj Shyamkaran Tidke, IAS, Additional District Magistrate, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, exercising the powers vested under the provisions of Section 6(1)(E) of Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act-2012, has cancelled/cancelled the license No. 271/IC dated 08.02.2019 issued to High Touch Consultant firm with immediate effect.
Apart from this, as per the Act/Rules, if any complaint etc. is received against the said company/firm/partnership or its licensees/directors/partners of the firm, then the said company/director/partner/licensee will be responsible. And will also be responsible to compensate it in every way.
