Hoshiarpur- The Chairperson of the District Planning Committee, Karamjit Kaur, has expressed deep grief over the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, in the past few days and has strongly condemned this cowardly act. She has called it a direct attack on the unity and integrity of the country.
The Chairperson of the District Planning Committee said that this attack targeting innocent citizens has once again proved that terrorism has no religion and is only an enemy of humanity. She paid tribute to those killed in this terrorist attack and expressed sympathy with their families.
Karamjit Kaur demanded from the Center and the Jammu and Kashmir administration that the terrorists and their guardians responsible for this attack should be caught as soon as possible and given the strictest punishment so that peace and security can be maintained in the country. 
He appealed to the common people not to pay attention to rumours and maintain social harmony. He said that the entire country stands united against terrorism and such attacks cannot break our morale.
