Nagar, 17 April 2025: Under the initiative of Bhagwant Singh Mann government, the yoga classes being conducted under CM's yoga classes are bringing a tremendous change in the lifestyle of the residents of Zirakpur area. Yoga trainer Usha Rani said that people feel the change in their health with continuous yoga asanas and are getting rid of their chronic diseases like back pain, sitting problems, women's problems, high blood pressure and blood sugar by doing yoga daily.

S. D. M Amit Gupta said that six classes are conducted in a day by Yoga trainer Usha Rani in Zirakpur. The first class is held at Shalimar Enclave Dhakauli from 5.00 to 6.00 am, the second class and third class at Golden Shade Apartment, Ghazipur from 6.20 to 7.20 am and 7.25 to 8.25 am, the fourth class at Guru Gobind Singh Nagar, Dhakauli, Zirakpur from 9.30 to 10.30 am, the fifth class at Wadhwa Nagar, Baltana, Zirakpur from 5.30 to 6.30 pm and the last/sixth class of the day is held at Pine Homes Dhakauli, Zirakpur from 7.00 to 8.00 pm. Trainer Usha Rani further informed that around 150 participants attend the classes daily from morning to evening in different yoga halls as per their convenient timings. She said that the participants have given good feedback after doing yoga asanas in the classes, feeling improvement in health problems, which they used to face daily. These participants thanked the yoga classes for helping them in providing a healthy and better life. Usha Rani said that anyone can join the yoga classes by registering themselves on the CM's Yogashala portal and there is no fee to join the class except for a dedicated time.
