Patiala, December 29 - Rajesh Kumar of Panchkula (Haryana) had fixed a deal of 2.5 bigha land with a person named Ravinder Walia for one crore one lakh rupees about three years ago and the time to complete this deal was three years but A year later, Ravindra Walia died.

Even after the lapse of three years, when the land was not registered and the amount was not returned, Rajesh Kumar has now registered a case against Ranjana Walia, son Shubham and daughter Manvi Goyal, wife of the deceased Ravinder Walia in Tripari police station here. When contacted on the phone, Rajesh Kumar said that the deal was fixed in 2020 and he had made all the payment through RTGS. In another separate case, Mukhtiar Singh of Sanur has filed a case against Satnam Singh of village Jhungi (Zirakpur) and Uttam Singh of village Lohgarh (Zirakpur) in Sanur police station. In the complaint, Mukhtiar Singh has said that the above persons took 15 lakh rupees from him as Sai on the pretense of giving him a place, but later neither the place was found nor the amount was returned. The police have registered a case under sections 406, 506 and 120-B of the IPC.
