Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, March 6: Under the special campaign launched by the Punjab Government against anti-social elements and drugs, SSP District SAS Nagar, Shri Deepak Pareek, Superintendent of Police (Rural), SAS Nagar Manpreet Singh, and Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub-Division Zirakpur, Jaspinder Singh Gill, Probationary DSP. Pritkanwar Singh, Chief Officer, Police Station Dhakauli, Dhakauli Police achieved great success at that time. 
Gurpreet Singh alias Commando son of late Chhajju Ram, resident of village Rampur Sainiya, Police Station Derabassi, District SAS Nagar, was arrested in connection with the theft of Bullet Motorcycle No. HR-03Z-8562, color black, model 2019, standing in the parking lot in front of Golden Hospital Dhakauli. Case No. 21 dated 28.02.2025 under Sections 303(2), 317(2), 112 BNS in Police Station Dhakauli, District SAS Nagar. 
The accused are Aryan Khetrapal son of Umesh Kumar, resident of House No. 101, Ram Nagar City, Ambala, Police Station City, Ambala, District Ambala, Haryana, Tarandeep Singh alias Jyot son of Davinder Singh alias Raju, resident of House No. 2813, Hashmi Mohalla, Nahan House, City, Ambala, Police Station City, Ambala. District Ambala Haryana, Rajat son of Anil Kumar resident of House No. 2000/1 Nahan House near Bhalla Diary Ambala Police Station City Ambala, District Ambala, Haryana and Karan Saini son of Yogesh Saini resident of Jain Motor Barnala Road Baldev Nagar Ambala City Police Station Panjokhra Sahib Ambala District Ambala, Haryana were arrested on 02.03.2025 and the stolen Bullet Motorcycle No. HR-03Z-8562 and one Activa No. HR-01AX-4192 (number plate on the back and front is HR-01X-412) of the above mentioned were recovered from them and the accused were remanded in police custody for 02 days.
During the police remand of the accused, 02 LCDs, 01 three-wheeled rickshaw and 06 motorcycles were recovered from them on 04.03.2025.
Two other accomplices of the accused in the case, Suraj and Nepali alias Vicky, residents of Ambala, Haryana, are yet to be arrested. Concrete efforts are being made to arrest the accused in the case, from whom there is a possibility of further recovery. The remaining accused in the case will be arrested as soon as possible in the case.

Method of Incident:-The accused used to raid closed houses and vehicles during the day and night and steal whenever they saw an opportunity.
