Nawanshahr 18 February- 21 Kanal 9 Marla land was donated to Gurdwara Singh Sabha of village Golewal near Nawanshahr by Babu Singh Dhadli, Kartar Kaur Dhadli, Manjit Kaur, Pyara Singh Rai, Manjit Singh Gurdwara Rai, Jujhar Singh Rai and Surinder Kaur Lali families. After the Bhog and Kirtan Darbar of Akhand Path Sahib, the foundation stone of the donated land was laid by Jujhar Singh Rai.
Speaking on the occasion, Bhai Ajaib Singh said that good thoughts and devotion towards the Guru inspire us to do such work. He said that the lack of playground in the village has also been fulfilled and this place will also be useful for Gurdwara Sahib. Paramjit Singh Babbar said that such a donation can only be made by a rare and big-hearted person. On this occasion, the Managing Committees of Gurdwara Singh Sabha and Gurdwara Sangat Sahib honored the donor families and thanked them.
