Chandigarh - Seventh Jan Aushadhi Diwas Celebration is being organized from 1st to 7th March all over India. On this occasion, Jan Aushadhi Pad Yatra was organized at PGI, Chandigarh, which was flagged off by Dr. Pankaj (jms PGI) as the Chief Guest, Dr. Ravinder Kaur (SMO, ART), Dr. Jasleen Kaur (MO, ART), and Dr. Sistinder Kaur (MO, ART) as the Guests of Honour.
During this, the public was made aware about Jan Aushadhi throughout Chandigarh through e-rickshaws. Amit Sharma and Arafat Ali Assistant Manager Jan Aushadhi, Rajni Sharma, Lalita Pearl, Narendra, Hamid (Janaushadhi Staff) and the general public participated in this journey and made it a success.
During the visit, Dr Pankaj and Dr Ravindra made the general public aware about the best medicines at low prices. Dr Pankaj said that getting quality medicine at low cost is more difficult than getting treatment and Jan Aushadhi Kendra has been trying to provide quality medicines at low prices to the public for this purpose for many years. ‎
