This morning, after heavy rains in Akhara Bazaar of Kullu, water entered people's houses and hotels. Due to flooding in the drain, many vehicles were buried under the debris. Incidents of landslides on the roads are coming to light at many places in the state.

Traffic affected due to landslide
A private bus was caught in a landslide on the Chandigarh-Manali National Highway this morning. After falling down the hill, the bus overturned and crashed into a roadside wall and came to a stop. Four people, including the driver and conductor, were injured. The injured are undergoing treatment at Nagwai Hospital.

Administration appeals to people to be careful
According to information, when the private bus going from Manali to Pathankot reached near Banala at 6.50 am on Friday, the ground suddenly slid down the hill. Apart from the driver and conductor, two other passengers were injured. If the bus had broken the wall and fallen, a major accident could have occurred here. Due to a large amount of debris coming down from the hill, the bus overturned on the roadside. Fortunately, the bus did not fall into the gorge below. The Chandigarh-Manali National Highway remained closed for traffic due to the landslide.
The government has appealed to people to be careful in view of the heavy rain warning.
Let us tell you that it has been raining intermittently in the state for the last three days, but since last night, heavy rain has continued in most areas of the state. Due to this, many drains are overflowing. Roads have been closed due to landslides.
