17 February Nawanshahr - As per the directions of National Legal Services Authority and under the orders received from the Honorable Member Secretary Punjab State Legal Services Authority S.A.S. Nagar, District and Sessions Judge Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar Mrs. Priya Sood informed that National Lok Adalat will be organized in the district on 08 March 2025.
District and Sessions Judge Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar Mrs. Priya Sood informed that as per the directions of National Legal Services Authority and as per the directions of Punjab State Legal Services Authority S.A.S. Nagar, National Lok Adalat will be organized in the district on 08.03.2025, so that the cases which can be dismissed by mutual consent at judicial and pre-litigation level can be settled. He informed that in this National Lok Adalat, BSNL cases, insurance company related cases, financial cases, bank loan related cases, water bills, criminal negotiable cases, cheque bounce related cases, motor accident claim cases, tribunal related cases, matrimonial disputes, traffic challan, labour disputes, electricity cases and other negotiable cases would be heard.
