
Students of Khalsa Collegiate School organised athletic meet
Mahilpur, February 13 The annual athletics meet of the students of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Khalsa Collegiate School was organised at Sri Guru Gobind Singh Khalsa College Mahilpur Campus, in which the students participated enthusiastically in various athletics competitions. Inaugurating the athletic meet, Principal Dr. Parvinder Singh motivated the students to participate in sports along with studies.

He informed the students about the facilities provided by the college. On this occasion, Jashanpreet Singh secured first position in 100 meter race (boys), Navpreet Singh secured second position and Harjot Singh secured third position. In 100 meter (girls) category, Dalveer Kaur secured first position, Nargis secured second position and Sana secured third position.
In shotput (boys), Navpreet secured first position, Vinay secured second position and Nitin Kumar secured third position. In the shot put (girls) competition, Preetika secured first place, Taranpreet Kaur secured second place and Simran Kaur secured third place. In the three leg race, Karmanpreet and Simranjit Kaur secured first place, Rukhsar and Harpreet Kaur secured second place and Nandini and Simran secured third place.
In the high jump (boys) category, Harjot secured first place, Navpreet secured second place and Charan Kanwal secured third place. The winning students were felicitated by the college management. On this occasion, Prof. Priya and Prof. Sheetal of the Physical Education Department handled the arrangements of the athletic meet very well. Dr. Raj Kumar conducted the stage.
On this occasion, Prof. Kamalpreet Kaur, Prof. Jasdeep Kaur, Prof. Ashok Kumar, Prof. Harpreet Kaur, Prof. Rajinder Kaur, Prof. Ganesh Khanna, Prof. Ramandeep Kaur and other teachers were present.
