Mohali, February 07, 2025: Punjab National Bank (PNB) organized a two-day "PNB Home Loan and Surya Home Loan Expo 2025" at Sports Complex, Sector 78, Mohali. The expo was inaugurated by Madam Ashika Jain, Deputy Commissioner, Mohali. She said that this expo will be especially beneficial for those customers who want to take loans for building houses or installing solar energy plants on rooftops under "Surya Ghar Yojana".
PNB is providing housing loans at an attractive interest rate of 8.40% and Surya Ghar Yojana loans at an interest rate of 7%. PNB Deputy Circle Head Sanjeet Kumar Kondal informed that faster loan approvals, special offers and discounts are also being provided during the expo. Customers are getting an opportunity to consult real estate experts and bank officials of the tricity directly. LDM M.K. Bhardwaj informed that on February 8, senior officials from PNB Headquarters, Delhi will be present, who will help in completing the loan process on the spot. Instant loan sanction letters are also being provided to eligible customers.
