Road Safety Awareness Tableau gave a unique awareness message

Nawanshahr- The local "Road Safety Awareness Society" displayed a unique awareness tableau at the district level Republic Day function at the sports stadium of Government ITI Nawanshahr. It had a trolley tractor and an effigy of a person who died in an accident and it was written "Jise Jaldi Thi - Wo Chala Gaya". Boards with information about necessary precautions were displayed on the road around the trolley.

An appeal was made to take advantage of the Road Safety Training Park built by the society. Awareness messages were being distributed and special awareness messages were also being played on loudspeakers. The tableau was attended by President S.G.S. Toor, Vice President S.Harprabh Mahal Singh, Secretary J.S.Gidda, Cashier Mr. Narinderpal Toor, Retired Post Master, Advisor S.Dilbagh Singh Retired.
On this occasion, DEO, Principal Bikramjit Singh, Mrs. Surinder Kaur Toor, Mrs. Rajinder Kaur Gidda, Mrs. Kamaljit Kaur, Mrs. Palwinder Kaur Badwal, S. Ramandeep Singh Bhatti, Mrs. Harpreet Kaur Bhatti, Hon. Narinder Singh Bharta, Sr. Gurpal Singh ITI, Sr. Gurjeet Singh and Sr. Harprabh Mahal Singh of associate organization "Bhagat Puran Lok Seva Trust Barnala Kalan", Sr. Mahinder Singh Doaba, Sr. Chain Singh Pabla, Sr. Surinder Singh Sehbi, Sr. Suchha Singh Marble Wale, Numberdar Amarjit Singh, Contractor Sr. Satsaroop Singh, Sr. Lakhvir Singh Sukha, Sr. Sukhraj Singh Toor were also present.
After the Republic Day display, the tableau was also taken around the city. When the tableau passed in front of BDC Blood Center, Dr. Ajay Bagga, Manager Manmeet Singh and staff greeted the social workers with "Jee Aayan". After this, the display ended at the "Road Safety Training Park".
