S.A.S. Nagar, March 12- NCC Fest 2025 was celebrated by the NCC unit at Government College SAS Nagar under the leadership of Principal Mrs. Gurinderjit Kaur. On this occasion, Phase 1 Councilor Gurmeet Kaur attended as the chief guest.
On this occasion, various cadets showed their mettle. The cadets took out a commando march and presented Nishan Tony, NCC song, drill, section formation, field signal etc.
In the rank ceremony, Anureet, Vishal and Davinder Kumar were given the Under Officer rank and Gursimran Singh, Menu, Khushi Ananda, Gulshan Kumar, Astha were given the Senior Under Officer award.
Vice Principal Professor Gunjit Kaur welcomed the guests. The stage was conducted by Professor Simranpreet Kaur, Head of the Physical Education Department. Lieutenant Professor Sukhwinder Singh read the college's NCC report and conducted a series of activities. Head of the Geography Department Professor Sharanjit Singh thanked the guests. On this occasion, Harvinder Singh, Harmeet Singh, Surinder Kaur, Kuljinder Singh, Malkit Singh, Hardeep Singh, Professor Pushpinder Kaur, Anureet Bhalla, Professor Nisha Sagwal, Rani Devi and Professor Jagtar Singh were also present.
