‘World No Tobacco Day’ celebrated at Khalsa College Dameli

Hoshiarpur- World No Tobacco Day was celebrated at Sant Baba Dalip Singh Memorial Khalsa College Dameli, an educational institution run under the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee. On this occasion, a poster making competition and a slogan writing competition were organized by the Red Ribbon Club and the National Service Scheme (NSS), in which about 20 students participated.

First Prize – Sandeep Kaur (B.A. Part I) Second Prize – Kiranpreet Kaur (B.A. Part I) Third Prize – Sandeep Kaur (B.A. Part I)

In Slogan Writing Competition:
First Prize – Jaspreet Kaur (B.A. Part I) and Tarandeep Kaur (10+2 Arts)
Second Prize – Parminder Kaur (B.A. Part I) Third Prize – Raveena Ghera (10+2 Arts) All the winning students and participants were honored with prizes and certificates.
The Principal of the college, Dr. Gurnam Singh Rasoolpur Ji, encouraged the students and encouraged them to participate in such activities. Madam Amarpal Kaur also advised the students to stay away from drugs and inspired them to take their future forward.
