
Awareness seminar organized regarding National Road Safety Month
SAS Nagar, January 18, 2025: As per the orders of Senior Superintendent of Police Deepak Pareek, SP Traffic HS Mann, DSP Traffic Karnail Singh, Traffic Education Cell Incharge ASI Janak Raj and Lady Constable Khushpreet Kaur along with Traffic Incharge Mubarikpur ASI Harkesh Kumar and Head Constable Balwinder Singh organized a seminar with teachers and students regarding National Road Safety Month (01 January to 31 January, 2025) at Senior Secondary School Pandwala, Government High School Sundara Mubarikpur (SAS Nagar).
SAS Nagar, January 18, 2025: As per the orders of Senior Superintendent of Police Deepak Pareek, SP Traffic HS Mann, DSP Traffic Karnail Singh, Traffic Education Cell Incharge ASI Janak Raj and Lady Constable Khushpreet Kaur along with Traffic Incharge Mubarikpur ASI Harkesh Kumar and Head Constable Balwinder Singh organized a seminar with teachers and students regarding National Road Safety Month (01 January to 31 January, 2025) at Senior Secondary School Pandwala, Government High School Sundara Mubarikpur (SAS Nagar).
Keeping in mind the foggy days, information was given about reflector tape, not driving under the influence of alcohol and traffic rules, not driving under the age of 18, getting compensation from cell fund in case of accident with unknown vehicle, lane driving, not using pressure horn and environmental protection. He appealed to install high security number plates on vehicles, wear helmets on two-wheelers, park vehicles properly instead of parking them on the road, use indicators while turning left or right, do not violate red lights, do not drive vehicles after consuming any kind of intoxicant, do not burst crackers on Bullet motorcycles and do not modify them.
He appealed to strictly follow all traffic rules so that road accidents can be reduced. He informed to call helpline numbers 112 and 181 for getting and giving assistance from the police and also to call 1930 for cyber crime.
