Nawanshahr - Deputy Commissioner Rajesh Dhiman reviewed the performance of various departments during meetings held at the District Administrative Complex today. On this occasion, while reviewing the functioning of the Revenue Department, he directed the officials to settle the pending cases soon and expedite the work of recovery of various arrears.
He instructed the officials that people should not face any problem for any kind of work related to the Revenue Department. He asked the officials to prepare a report of pending court cases and ensure their settlement with mutual coordination. On this occasion, he took information from the officials about the court case of partition, private partition of land, mutation, jamabandi and settlement of will and gave necessary guidelines.
Similarly, he also reviewed the work of tehsil-wise recovery and ownership scheme. He said that priority should be given to private partition through the portal and partition on the spot if the parties agree. He also said that special attention should be paid to cleanliness in the tehsil offices. During this, he also reviewed the performance of other departments and gave necessary guidelines.
