Patiala, January 10- BJP got a big setback in Patiala city today when Block Qila Mubarak Vice President Gopi Mattu from Ward No. 52 Dhiru Nagar along with his colleagues bid farewell to BJP and joined Congress.
On this occasion, former MLA Madan Lal Jalalpur and All India Congress OBC Cell Coordinator Narendra Lali welcomed Gopi Mattu by offering him a siropao and joining Congress. On this occasion, Jalalpur and Lali jointly said that Congress is getting stronger day by day in Patiala district and many more leaders will join the Congress party in large numbers in the coming time.
