Garhshankar, July 12- A tractor-trolley and Mahindra pickup collided head-on near Adda Golian on Garhshankar-Hoshiarpur road. The drivers escaped unhurt in this accident. According to the information received, the driver of tractor number PB 03 AJ 1978, Basant Singh son of Buta Singh resident of village Kotha Guru, district Bathinda, said that he was coming from Saila Khurd factory.
When he reached near Golian, a Mahindra pickup number HP 12 K 3779 coming from the front, driven by Charanjit Singh son of Gurdev Singh resident of village Lalru Mandi, hit him hard. Both the drivers escaped unhurt in this accident. The Mahindra vehicle was going to Hoshiarpur carrying Sonalika spare parts.
Both the vehicles were badly damaged in the accident. Road Safety Force personnel reached the spot to take the injured. The injured were given first aid and investigation of the case was started.
