6 Yogashalas set up in Mohali under Chief Minister's Yogashala are giving physical and mental well-being to the people: SDM Damandeep Kaur

The free Yogashalas set up in different cities and villages of every district of Punjab are proving to be a boon for the people. Disclosing this, SDM, Mohali Damandeep Kaur said that the enthusiasm and number of people in these camps is increasing day by day.

The free Yogashalas set up in different cities and villages of every district of Punjab are proving to be a boon for the people. Disclosing this, SDM, Mohali Damandeep Kaur said that the enthusiasm and number of people in these camps is increasing day by day.
People who practice yoga say that even in winter, considering the health benefits of yoga, they do not face any problem in getting up early in the morning, rather, by getting up early in the morning for yoga, they feel refreshed throughout the day and now they have made yoga asanas a part of their life.
Giving more information in this regard, SDM Mohali Damandeep Kaur said that classes of CM Yogashala are being held at different places in Mohali Sub-Division, which people are taking full advantage of. 6 yoga sessions are being conducted by expert yoga trainers from morning to evening. These sessions have different time slots. Yoga trainer Hargun Arora said that he conducts 6 yoga classes daily in Mohali.
They conduct their first class at Guru Har Rai Society, Sector-67 from 7.30 am to 8.30 am, second class at JS Complex Hall, Sector-78 from 9.45 am to 10.45 am, third class at Amity International School, Park, Sector-79 from 11.00 am to 12.00 pm and fourth class at Central Park, Sector-69 from 3.45 pm to 4.45 pm, fifth class at Sanatan Dharam Mandir, Sector-79 from 5.00 pm to 6.00 pm and sixth class at Nabi Guest House, Sector-81 from 6.15 pm to 7.15 pm.
He said that yoga teachers are making a valuable contribution to keeping the body fit and disease-free without medicine through various yoga postures such as asana, pranayama and meditation. Trainer Hargun Arora said that with daily yoga practice, participant Lily Arora got relief from high blood pressure, Raj Kumar and Seema got relief from back pain and stress. Anyone can come to these classes and get the benefits of yoga for free.
He said that if a person wants to start a class in his colony or park, then there must be at least 25 members and he can call/message on the WhatsApp number to start his new class/session.
