Punjabi Sahitya Sabha organised literary programme in collaboration with Kalabula Panchayat

Sangrur- Punjabi Sahitya Sabha Sherpur organised a literary programme dedicated to the memory of Gurnam Singh Bhattal, Rajinderjit Singh Kalabula and Pramripat Singh Kalabula at Government Primary School Kalabula in collaboration with the Panchayat of village Kalabula in district Sangrur.

Sangrur- Punjabi Sahitya Sabha Sherpur organised a literary programme dedicated to the memory of Gurnam Singh Bhattal, Rajinderjit Singh Kalabula and Pramripat Singh Kalabula at Government Primary School Kalabula in collaboration with the Panchayat of village Kalabula in district Sangrur.
Presidents included Pawan Harchandpuri, President of Central Punjabi Writers Association Sekhon Raj, Public Secretary Prof. Sandhu Waryanvi, former Director of National Book Trust, India Dr. Baldev Singh Badan, Sarpanch of village Kalabula, renowned writer Ranjit Singh Kalabula and other dignitaries were present on the occasion.
Ranjit Singh Kalabula read influential booklets on the lives of the three eminent personalities and their social concerns. Sukhdev Singh Aulakh discussed the trend of drug abuse. Complete poems of Dr. Baldev Singh Badan, Jasvir Kaur Barnala, editorial articles on the present times by Jagir Singh, Jagtar and Punjabi translation of Munshi Premchand's Hindi novel Godaan were presented to the public.
On this occasion, everyone was specially honored by the Sabha. Along with other poets, Gulzar Singh Shauki, Dr. Rakesh Sharda also received a lot of appreciation.
