Nawanshahr- The city's famous social service organisation Shri Guru Ramdas Seva Society Nawanshahr organised a free medical checkup camp at Gurudwara Ravidas in the nearby village Jafarpur. Giving information, the society's president Sukhwinder Singh Thandi said that a weekly NSS unit camp has been organised in the village by DAN College of Education for Women.
On the fourth day, a camp was organised by the society's dispensary and a team of doctors for the examination of common diseases! In which patients were examined and free medicines were given. On this occasion, District Programme Officer Rajnivala, DNA College of Education for Women staff, Guru Ramdas President Sukhwinder Singh Thandi, Amarjit Kaur, Dr. Avtar Singh Malla, Charanjit Singh, Panch Kamaljit Kaur, Sarpanch Jaswinder Singh etc were present.
