A three-member team of Adarsh Social Welfare Society Punjab, led by President Satish Kumar Soni, visited the school to see the working arrangements. On this occasion, Santokh Singh, Surjit Singh, Baljinder Mann, Chief Editor Nikian Karumbalan, Center Head Teacher Bham Surinder Singh and Social Worker Chanchal Verma also arrived with them.
The aim of this team of the society is to honor and respect the teachers who have done excellent work in the field of education. Due to the tireless efforts and dedication of Madam Surekha Rani, 208 children are studying in this school. Center Head Teacher Surinder Singh said that five years ago, 77 children were studying here. Seeing the problems of the children, Madam Surekha Rani spent her good earnings to build an office room and a school floor in the school.
For the convenience of the children, she arranged a school van and two teachers by spending from her own money. She served in Sainik School from 2008 to 2018 and was appointed to this school in 2019. On this occasion, litterateur Baljinder Mann said that Surekha Rani has set an example by making the school a model school with her hard work and dedication, from which other teachers are also taking inspiration. She is making special efforts for the all-round development of the students.
On this occasion, apart from the members of the school managing committee, teachers and students, Santokh Singh, Surjit Singh, Madam Surekha Rani, Ramandeep Kaur, Bhupinder Kaur, Shivani, Kulwinder Kaur, Jaswinder Kaur, Surinder Kumar, Center Head Teacher Bham, Neelam Kumari, Meenu Rani, etc. were present.
