
HDCA-A team defeated Basic Cricket Academy Dasuya to win - RC Sharma Tri-series
Hoshiarpur- In the memory of international umpire Late. RC Sharma, a triangular series was organized by Hoshiarpur District Cricket Association (HDCA) at the cricket ground located in Railway Mandi. Three teams HDCA-A, HDCA-B and Basic Cricket Academy Dasuha participated in the tournament. Giving information in this regard, HDCA Secretary Dr. Raman Ghai said that today the final match of the series was played between HDCA-A and Basic Cricket Academy Dasuha.

In which HDCA-A won the toss and batted first and scored 282 runs for the loss of one wicket in 35 overs. In which Parth Sharma contributed 152 not out, Yuvraj 82 and Manmeet 26 not out. Chasing a target of 283 runs, the Dasuha team was all out for 118 runs. In which Mankaran contributed 26 runs and Manjot 20 runs. While bowling, Mannan Narayan of Hoshiarpur took 5 wickets for 8 runs, Sankalp took 2 wickets for 12 runs and Nanda and Aryan took 1 wicket each. Dr. Ghai said that with the aim of connecting children with sports, such tournaments will be organized in the future as well.
During this, Parth Sharma of Hoshiarpur was awarded the Man of the Match, Mannan Narayan was awarded the Best Bowler and Mankaran of Dasuha team was awarded the Best Batsman. Congratulating the winning team, Dr. Ghai wished the team good luck for taking forward similar good performances in the future as well. He also honored the team by giving prizes. HDCA President Dr. Daljit Khela also congratulated the players and coaches on the team's victory.
