Birth anniversary of Sher-e-Punjab Maharaja Ranjit Singh celebrated

Nawanshahr/Banga: Dedicated to the birth anniversary of Sher-e-Punjab Maharaja Ranjit Singh, a special lecture was organized by the Postgraduate Punjabi Department at Sikh National College Banga under the guidance of Principal Dr. Tarsem Singh Bhinder.
On this occasion, Dr. Charanjit Kaur Mann participated as the main speaker. While performing the welcome ceremonies, Principal Dr. Tarsem Singh and the entire staff welcomed Dr. Charanjit Kaur Mann by presenting a bouquet of flowers. And in her address, the Principal Sahib encouraged the students to take guidance from the glorious history of Maharaja Ranjit Singh.
During her lecture, Dr. Charanjit Kaur Mann spoke about the life and philosophy of Sher-e-Punjab Maharaja Ranjit Singh and highlighted various aspects of his personality. Sharing the vote of thanks, Dr. Nirmaljit Kaur also made the students aware of the folk tales related to Maharaja Ranjit Singh.
While conducting the stage, Prof. Gurpreet Singh also narrated the small incidents of Maharaja Ranjit Singh's life to the students. Finally, the main speaker was also honored by the Punjabi department. On this occasion, Dr. Indu Ratti, Prof. Tajinder Singh, Prof. Pooja, Prof. Harpreet Kaur etc. were present.
