Chandigarh: 06th November, 2024: The Department of Aerospace Engineering at Punjab Engineering College (PEC) organized an insightful guest lecture on 05.11.2024 by Shri Pulkit Vyas, a distinguished alumnus from the batch of 1994. Currently serving as a Customer Account Manager for the Middle East, Shri Vyas shared his extensive experience in the aviation industry through a presentation titled "Journey Through an Aviation Career – An Aeronautical Engineer’s View" Drawing from his impressive career, Shri Vyas captivated the audience with personal stories and professional insights. 
He spoke about his decade-long experience in various airlines, where he managed diverse roles, and another decade with Aerospace OEMs, where he played a key role in customer relations and product management. His journey offered a comprehensive view of the opportunities and challenges in the aviation industry, providing invaluable lessons for aspiring aerospace engineers.
Throughout the session, Shri Vyas emphasized the importance of adaptability, continuous learning, and networking in building a successful career in the aviation sector. He encouraged students to be proactive in seeking opportunities and highlighted the critical skills required to excel in both airline operations and the aerospace manufacturing domain.
