Chandigarh 22nd October 2024: Today, the World Sikh Organization organized an outstanding seminar in Sector-28 Chandigarh, dedicated to the World Earth. The chief guest for the event was Mr. Parmveer Singh, Dean of Punjabi University Patiala. The presidency panel included the President and Chairman of the Sikh Vidyak Board, Dr. Jaspal Kurcharvser, Bibi Sarabjit Kurcharvser, Dr. Khushhal Singh, Tanveer Ahmad Khadi, and Jain Charcharvasdhari.
At the beginning of the event, Kiranpreet Kurcharvser welcomed all the guests and explained that today's seminar is specially dedicated to the World Earth, where scholars from various religions have gathered to present their views. Among the attendees were Tanveer Ahmad Khadi, Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat Qadian, Sri Jagjeet Singh, Sri Sarwan Singh, Gurpreet Singh (Finance Secretary, Central Sikh Sabha Chandigarh), Father Jaicharvasdhari, Jain Charcharvasdhari, Colonel Manmohan Singh, and Colonel Bedi.
Throughout the seminar, individuals from various religions shared their thoughts on the topic "The Value of Human Values - Foundations for One World." Mr. Jagjeet Singh presented his very impressive speech, shedding light on the human path for the World Earth.
In the second phase of the event, Principal Bahadur Singh Gassal's book "Prit - Punjabi Sabhyachar Di" was presented as a gift by the presidency panel. Gurmeet Singh Jasra shed light on the details of the book, and the key speakers praised the book. They congratulated Principal Gassal for writing more than 100 books. At this occasion, the President of World Punjabi Promotion Sabha Bahadur Singh Gassal, Senior Meeting President Jagtar Singh Jasg, Vice President Darshan Singh Sidhu, State Convener Punjab Jaspal Singh Kanwal, and Executive Secretary Rajinder Singh Dheeman were honored by the first Chairman of the Vidyak Board, Colonel Jagtar Singh Multani, with a special token.
During the event, attendees included Jaspal Singh Desuvi, Ranjit Singh Rana, Balvinder Singh, Surjan Singh Jasl, Bhavna, Sukriti, Meenu, Sachin, Manjeet Singh, Surya Prakash, Bibi Sarabjit Kurcharvser, Ajayab Singh Archervasjala, Kamaljeet Singh, Sri Sarwan Singh, Balvinder Singh Multani, and others. Colonel Jagtar Singh Multani, the President of the Organization, also shared his thoughts. The stage secretarial duties were splendidly carried out by Madam Kiranpreet Kurcharvser and Gurmeet Singh Jasra. Finally, Dr. Jaspal Kurcharvser thanked everyone.
