The event began with a heartfelt interaction session where the Director Principal, Dr. Bhavneet Bharti, along with faculty member Dr. Anuradha and Hostel Warden Ms Rekha engaged with the support staff, listening to their experiences and challenges. This meaningful dialogue highlighted the dignity of labor and reaffirmed the institute's commitment to inclusivity and respect for all.
A vibrant cultural program followed, organized by the support staff of AIMS Mohali, showcasing songs and bhajans. The performances celebrated the hard work, resilience, and spirit of those who keep the institution running smoothly every day.
In her address, Dr. Bhavneet Bharti expressed deep appreciation for the tireless efforts of the workers, stating, “You are the backbone of our institution. Today is a reminder that every role—whether seen or unseen—is vital to the growth and functioning of AIMS Mohali.”
