
Demand letter given to DFO Garhshankar regarding protection of environment, forest, climate
Garhshankar - A delegation of Kul Hind Kisan Sabha, Kul Hind Khet Mazdoor Union, led by Darshan Singh Mattu, State Secretary, Gurnek Singh Bhajjal, Provincial Vice President of Kul Hind Kisan Sabha, met DFO Mr. Harbhajan Singh and handed over a demand letter. After discussing the demands with the DFO, he asked about sending a demand letter to the Union Minister of Forests, Environment, that the Indian Forest Act 1927, the Wildlife Protection Act 1972 and the Forest Protection Act 1980 should be amended accordingly.
