Mohali August 17:- The Phase 8 Police of Mohali has arrested another accomplice of Harsh alias Billa resident of Sector-56, Chandigarh, who was arrested yesterday on the charge of stealing a motorcycle.
DSP City 2 Harsimran Singh Ball said that Harsh alias Billa, who was arrested on the instructions of SSP Mohali Mr. Deepak Pareek, was remanded for two days during the interrogation, he said that another of his accomplices in the vehicle theft work. On the basis of which the police have arrested his other partner Simranjit Singh resident of Sector 52, Chandigarh. He said that 2 Activas have been recovered from Simranjit Singh. He said that criminal cases have been registered against both of them.
Harsh has 4 cases registered against him at Police Station Sector-39 Chandigarh and Police Station Phase-1 District SAS Nagar, while Simranjit has 5 cases of theft registered. He said that Harsh has been on bail from Barail Jail for 1 year while Simranjit has come from Central Jail Rupnagar only 1.5 months ago. He said that they are being interrogated by the police and more revelations are likely.
