Nawanshahr- On the occasion of the second Navratri, Shri Durga Satuti was recited from 4 pm to 6 pm in the Mata Naina Devi Temple located in the local Hira Jattan Mohalla. Pandit Sita Ram explained the importance of the ninth chapter of Durga Satuti. Sankirtan was performed by the women's group. After the Kanjak Puja, Prasad was distributed among the congregation.
The temple's sevadar Pradeep Dhingra has given an open invitation to all the residents of the city to join this Sankirtan that is held every day. Sunita Rani, Jaswinder Kaur, Mamta Rani, Updesh Sethi, Radhika Sethi, Pooja Sethi, Pooja Verma, Radhika, Rajwinder Kaur, Hina, Anita Rani, Pinky, Mukesh Kumari, Pooja Vij, Palak Vij, Usha Rani, Monica, Kamini, Kashmir Kaur, Renu, Rinki, Neetu, Noor, Jyoti Sharma, and Sunil Kumar were also present on this occasion.
