Nawanshahr:- Sharma, Vice President of Sahyog Sewa Society, gave a message of environmental awareness by planting saplings on his birthday. On this occasion, he planted 10 saplings of different types in the government park located on Sauna Road under the leadership of Society President Pradeep Dhingra, Manish Khosla, Society members and Environment Conservation Society Vice President Tarsem Lal.
On this occasion, Society President Pradeep Dhingra said that there is a need to plant more and more trees to save the environment and the earth. The roots of trees help in preventing floods by holding the soil. We all should make efforts to increase greenery on the earth. Society member Tarsem Lal also got the children to plant saplings while playing football in the park and motivated the children to take care of them.
Society President Pradeep Dhingra, Vice President Chetan Sharma, Manish Khosla, Tarsem Lal, Suraj Kumar, Akash Kumar, Sahil Gill, Rahul Paswan and Sunny were present on this occasion.
