Jalandhar- Punjab Congress leader Amarinder Singh Raja Warring and Jalandhar Cantt MLA Pargat Singh were seen united ahead of the 'Samvidhan Bachao' rally. They have been in the news for their differences for a long time.
Warring visited Pargat's house in Mithapur, Jalandhar, which seems to be a significant improvement in their tense relationship. At a rally, Warring said, "All the other parties are in tension because our pictures from yesterday have shown unity."
He insisted that his focus is on fighting for farmers and marginalized communities, and not on internal rivals. He dismissed any speculation about him being in the race for the chief minister's post, saying, "I am not in the race for the chief minister's post."
