
Radha Ashtami and Ganapati Maha Utsav celebrated with great pomp
Patiala:- Sri Radha Ashtami was celebrated with great devotion during the Ganapati Maha Utsav. This morning, retired priest Sri Ashwani Sharma and current priest Sri Narinder Sharma Pandit and all the members of the Sudhar Sabha offered laddus to Ganapati Baba inside the temple and installed Ganapati in the pandal in heavy rain. The pandal was packed. All the members of the Sudhar Sabha and the residents of the mohalla attended.

The idol of Ganapati Baba, which was made by the craftsman who made the huge idol of Shiva, was very attractive and seated in a lotus flower from Ludhiana. The assistant treasurer Madan did the service of bringing the idol in his vehicle. Patron Satnam Hasija thanked him wholeheartedly for this. In the evening at 7:00 PM, the Mahila Shiv Mandali sang very good Radha Ji and Ganapati Bhajans to celebrate Radha Ashtami.
Gaja Nand Kar De Sab De Ghar Me Anand Tu Pee Le Radha Ka Naam Amrit Varsega. The sangat was delighted by singing the bhajans of Sawariya Hai Seth and Radha Rani Sathani Hai. The Bhog of Radha Rani's kitchen was arranged by Ranjit Singh Chandok MC Ward No. 32 and all the members of Sudhar Sabha and Prasad was served to all the sangat in the temple. There was a huge gathering of sangat.
