Hoshiarpur- Under the leadership of School Principal Harmanoj Kumar, shade-giving and fruit-bearing plants were planted at Government Senior Secondary School, Ajnoha, as part of the 'Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam' campaign. 
On this occasion, Principal Harmanoj Kumar stated that the more plants we plant, the better we can control environmental pollution, which will help prevent diseases caused by pollution and make the earth a better place for humans and animals to live. 
He appealed to everyone to contribute to purifying the environment by planting as many trees as possible under the 'One Tree in the Name of Mother' campaign. 
Present on the occasion were Jatinder Singh, Rajwinder Kaur, Narinder Ajnoha, Lovdeep Kaur, Dharminder Singh, Abinash Kaur, Hafiz Padam, Amanpreet Kaur, Amanjeet Kaur, Kulwinder Singh, Harbhajan Singh, and school students.
