Jammu, June 26 - Security forces have busted four Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorist hideouts in the forested area of ??Udhampur district of Jammu and Kashmir, which were being tracked for a year. Officials said that security forces are trying to neutralize them despite rain and fog.

According to information, a joint party of Army and Police had launched a search operation this morning in the remote Bihali area of ??Basantgarh in the district based on specific intelligence. “The presence of the terrorists was learnt around 8.30 am, it is believed that there are four of them and we have been tracking (this group) for the last one year,” said Inspector General of Police, Jammu Range, Bhim Sen Tuti.
Officials said that despite the bad weather, more forces have been sent and a massive search operation is underway. The real picture will emerge when the weather improves. The officials further said that the trapped terrorists are members of Pakistani Jaish-e-Mohammed and were found hiding near Karur Nallah by a joint search party led by Army's Para Commandos.
