MSME has a significant contribution to the height and speed with which India of the 21st century is moving forward. The Haryana Government is implementing special schemes and incentive policies for the development of small industries, so that entrepreneurs get maximum opportunities and they can stand strong in the market competition.

The Haryana Government is implementing special schemes and incentive policies for the development of small industries, so that entrepreneurs get maximum opportunities and they can stand strong in the market competition.
The Chief Minister was addressing the National Conference of Laghu Udyog Bharati organized in Samalkha of Panipat district as the Chief Guest on Monday. He said that the three-day industrial thinking of Small Industries India in Samalkha will give a new direction to the development of small industries. By getting guidance through such programs, young entrepreneurs will write the story of developed India-developed Haryana.
Mr. Naib Singh Saini said that the geographical area of ??Haryana is only 1.3 percent, but it is contributing 3.6 percent to the national GDP as per the advance estimates of the year 2024-25. The Gross State Domestic Product has grown at a rate of 10.8 percent in the last decade. Relief has been provided to thousands of MSMEs operating in the unauthorized industrial areas of Faridabad, Panipat, Yamunanagar and Ambala and their benefits have also started being received in this area.
A plan has been made to develop 10 new IMTs in the state, out of which land is being acquired for developing three new IMTs on national highways. This includes Ambala, Jind and Faridabad-Palwal IMTs. Apart from these, sites have also been selected for IMTs in Kosli and Narayangarh.
He said that the government has reduced the regulatory burden of more than 1100 compliances in 48 departments for ease of doing business. In the last 11 years, 7 lakh 66 thousand micro, small and medium industries have come up in the state and 39 lakh people have also got employment in them. More than 230 online services are being made available under the Single Roof Clearance System. Today, Haryana has become the first choice of investors and startups. Haryana has emerged as the seventh largest state in the number of startups in India.
Currently, there are more than 9100 recognized startups in Haryana. There are 19 unicorn companies in the state. He said that in the next phase, the target has been set to increase the participation of women in startups from 50 percent to 60 percent. Under the Haryana State Startup Policy, financial assistance of Rs 1 crore 14 lakh has also been provided to 22 startups in the state. The Chief Minister said that a fund of funds of Rs 2 thousand crore is also being set up with the support of private investors to provide financial assistance to startups. AI-based startups are also being encouraged. The state government has started a startup fund of Rs 10 crore for drone technology and for this, training is also being provided to 500 young farmers in Karnal. About 28 thousand units of food processing industry have been set up in the state and work is being done to further expand it. Focusing on the Integrated Mini Food Park Scheme, capital investment subsidy at the rate of 50 percent is being provided on it.

On this occasion, Union Minister for Power, Housing and Urban Development Shri Manohar Lal said that industries have a big contribution in the development of the country. By giving impetus to small industries with government support, new employment opportunities can be created. The Central and State Governments are encouraging a new industrial culture in India with industry-friendly policies.
He said that after years, such low slabs of GST have been made in the country, which is a great achievement in itself. Today, women are coming forward in various industries. He stressed on the participation of women in big companies and making them self-reliant, and said that women will have to be brought forward in small industries.
He said that to move the country forward, maximum exports will have to be done through MSMEs to accelerate the accumulation of foreign exchange. Small industries should be encouraged in such places where there are remote areas where small schemes can provide employment to the people there by running small industries.
The Government of India has launched 22 schemes to encourage small industries, through which people can take advantage of it. He said that 28 crore people of the country are getting employment today through MSMEs. He said that today India's position is at the fourth position in the Gross Domestic Product and in the coming time it is to surpass Germany and achieve the third position.
On this occasion, a large number of entrepreneurs including BJP State President Mr. Mohanlal Kaushik, MLAs Mr. Manmohan Bhadana, Mr. Pramod Vij, former MP Mr. Sanjay Bhatia, officials of Laghu Udyog Bharati and representatives of various industrial organizations were present.
