Garhshankar, September 15:- The meeting of Disabled Person Welfare Society, Block Garhshankar of Hoshiarpur was held under the leadership of Sandeep Sharma at Gurdwara Bhai Tilku Ji here. In this, ideas were shared regarding the Blind T20 Cricket Tournament to be organized by the Society on 7, 8 and 9 November and information was also given about the Teachers' Day felicitation ceremony organized by the Disabled Person Welfare Society on 5 September.
Information was also given about the schemes being run by the government for disabled persons and social welfare schemes. Today's meeting was attended by Jaswinder Singh Block President, Rajkumar Committee Member Hoshiarpur, Somnath Secretary, Jasvir Singh Cashier, Gian Chand Taylor Member, Jaswinder Kaur Kukra, Jaswinder Singh Helra, Roshan Lal Garshankar, Rinku Ajitpur, Ramsaran Das Birampur and other members.
