Mandi Gobindgarh, June 17 – Unnat Bharat Abhiyan Cell organized Model and Poster Making Competition under the theme Unnat Bharat Vikas Bharat in association with Faculty of Social Sciences and Languages ??at Desh Bhagat University.
To achieve the goal of Developed India-@2047, students from various faculties showcased their creativity and innovation focusing on new age agriculture, health and development. Dr. Renu Sharma and Dr. Avinash Bhatia judged the competition. The first place in the model making competition was given to the students of Agriculture and Life Sciences While the second place was given to the Faculty of Social Sciences and Language and Agriculture and Life Sciences. In the poster making competition, the School of Pharmacy bagged the first position and the School of Pharmacy and Faculty of Allied Health Sciences came second.
Chancellor's Adviser Dr Varinder Singh and Director of Faculty of Social Sciences and Languages ??Dr Davinder Kumar expressed happiness over the dedication of the students and emphasized the importance of such initiatives to promote innovation and social progress.
