Balachaur, November 7 (Jatinderpal Singh Kaler):- After being nominated for the second time by the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), constituency MLA Santosh Kataria, along with senior AAP leader Ashok Kataria, visited Dera Baudi Sahib today to pay their respects.
On this occasion, they received blessings from Swami Dayal Das Maharaj, the successor to the spiritual seat of Dera Baba Sarwan Das Ji Maharaj. On their arrival at the Dera, they were warmly welcomed by devotees and Dera management representatives.
MLA Santosh Kataria said that the party reposing its faith in him for the second time was a matter of honour for him. He said that he would always strive to live up to this trust and consider serving the people of the constituency his foremost duty. He added that Dera Baudi Sahib is a centre of faith and respect for the entire region. The teachings imparted here inspire people to serve humanity, strengthen mutual brotherhood and follow the path of truth.
Senior AAP leader Ashok Kataria said that visiting revered spiritual personalities brings peace to the mind and strengthens the spirit of service. He said that the work being carried out by the Dera in social service, helping the poor and the field of education was commendable. He added that the blessings of Swami Dayal Das Maharaj Ji always provide strength for the development of the region and public welfare activities.
On this occasion, both leaders prayed for the prosperity, peace and progress of the region. They said that they would always remain committed to the development of the area.
A large number of devotees were also present at the Dera. They met the MLA and the AAP leader, congratulated them on receiving the ticket for the second time and shared their problems with them.
