Chandigarh, 6 October:- A delegation of senior officials of the Haryana Government held a detailed meeting in Singapore with senior officials of Singapore Corporation Enterprise of the Government of Singapore.
The main objective of the meeting was to exchange best practices and experiences related to mixed land use policy and land pricing. The meeting has brought out important policy implications for new government schemes in Haryana. In particular, it will provide impetus towards formulating a better and more effective land lease policy for HSIIDC and various industrial properties, as well as making township development in Gurugram city more systematic and modern.
The objective of the meeting is to make policies related to management, industrial development and urban planning more transparent, investor-friendly and stronger from a long-term perspective, and to create a conducive environment for development in the state.
