Ratia, October 14 (Advocate Gurpreet Singh Mander):- A grand welcome ceremony was organised at the Panchkamal office in Panchkula to mark Ajay Khundia assuming charge as the Haryana state president of the BJP Scheduled Caste Morcha. Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini and state president Dr Archana Gupta entrusted Khundia with the new responsibility. This was stated by Sunil Indora, Eminent Person for the CM Window, member of the BJP district executive committee and state president of the Dhanak Samaj Utthan Sabha, Haryana, while speaking to journalists in Ratia.
He said that the Scheduled Caste community had fully embraced the BJP’s Antyodaya ideology and had supported the party since 2014, helping it form governments at the Centre and in Haryana three times.
Sunil Indora said that the Congress had ruled the country for 60 years with the support of the Scheduled Caste community but had never paid adequate attention to its concerns or worked for its upliftment. As a result, he said, members of the community had become disillusioned with the Congress and joined the BJP, contributing to the formation of BJP governments.
He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had launched numerous schemes for Scheduled Caste communities across the country. He added that the BJP’s mission was to uplift people at the bottom of society and ensure that they received basic facilities as a priority so that poverty could be eradicated.
Sunil Indora said that Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini had redefined the role of a Chief Minister by meeting the public around the clock in an approachable manner and listening to people’s problems like a family member or close friend. He added that Saini acted promptly after hearing grievances and took immediate action.
Indora said that the BJP’s policies and principles were in the interest of ordinary citizens and the nation. He urged people to understand them seriously and contribute to the country’s welfare by supporting the BJP.
BJP leader Praveen Chandel, BJP district general secretary Vikas Laloda, Raghuvanshi, Chhinda Nangal, Sonu Chalia, Rammehar Dharsul and many others attended the ceremony.
