Haroli/Una, 7 October (Rajveer Chopra):- An Ayushman Arogya Camp was organized in village Kungrat under the joint aegis of Health Block Haroli and the MP Mobile Health Service. Health services were made available to rural residents in their own village through the camp. During the camp, doctors examined the health of the people and also provided them with necessary medical advice.

Dr. Vikas Kaundal and Dr. Pradeep Kumar examined around 80 people at the camp. Various health tests were conducted as per the requirements of the patients, and the doctors provided appropriate advice based on the test reports. Necessary medicines were distributed free of cost to needy patients.

During the camp, the doctors particularly sensitized the villagers about blood pressure (BP), diabetes and seasonal illnesses. The people were informed that regular health check-ups can help detect problems such as BP and diabetes at an early stage. They were also advised to maintain cleanliness, consume a balanced and nutritious diet, and take special care of their health during changing weather to prevent seasonal illnesses.

The doctors urged the villagers to undergo regular health check-ups and seek medical advice in time whenever symptoms of any health problem appear. The villagers received health-related information and benefited from the medical services provided at the camp.

The villagers expressed their gratitude to Health Block Haroli and the MP Mobile Health Service team for making health services available in the village.
