Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, September 27, 2026:- Additional District Magistrate Smt. Geetika Singh, exercising the powers conferred under the Punjab Travel Professionals Regulation Act, 2012, has ordered the suspension for three months of Licence No. 693/IC, dated July 25, 2024, issued to the firm ‘M/s Destiny Changer’, SCO No. 08, Second Floor, Prime Cross Retail, Village Singhpura, Sub-Tehsil Zirakpur, District S.A.S. Nagar.
The Additional Deputy Commissioner, while providing the information, said that the owner of the firm ‘M/s Destiny Changer’, Pradeep Singh, son of Bhajan Singh, resident of Guru Nanak Colony, Dafarpur, Tehsil Derabassi, District Mohali, was required to submit the monthly reports and monthly self-declaration forms to this office and the half-yearly reports to the Department of Home Affairs, Government of Punjab, Chandigarh, as required under the Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act/Rules.
As per official records, the firm had earlier also been issued notices on July 25, 2024, May 27, 2025, and July 21, 2026, directing it to submit the required reports. Despite this, the firm failed to submit the required reports, thereby violating the provisions of the Act/Rules.
In view of the above, Additional District Magistrate Smt. Geetika Singh, exercising the powers vested under the provisions of Section 6(1)(e) of the Punjab Travel Professionals Regulation Act, 2012, has suspended for three months Licence No. 693/IC, dated July 25, 2024, issued to the firm ‘M/s Destiny Changer’, SCO No. 08, Second Floor, Prime Cross Retail, Village Singhpura, Sub-Tehsil Zirakpur, District S.A.S. Nagar.
