SAS Nagar - The Honorable Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, with the efforts of Harinderpal Singh Sodhi Advocate Harpreet Singh Sodhi Advocate, has granted bail to Pooja Taneja, a resident of Karnal, one of the accused in cyber fraud.
Sodhi Brothers Advocate informed that on the basis of the statements of Aditya Nandan, resident of Bihar Hall, resident of House No. 2667, Sunny Enclave Kharar, a case was registered against some accused at Police Station Cyber ??Crime SAS Nagar under Sections 308(2), 127(2), 3(5), 351(2) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Sections 309 BNS of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
According to Aditya Nandan, who was a victim of fraud, Payal alias Lado used to talk to me on mobile frequently by giving me the name Nidhi and when this girl and another girl with her came to meet him at home, after some time three boys entered his house pretending to be policemen.
Who held Aditya Nandan hostage by locking the door and by threatening him, who had obtained the password and cleared lakhs of rupees from bank accounts and credit cards. He wrote in the complaint filed with the police that during the incident, the accused were calling each other by the names of Parminder, Pooja, Arsh, and another person.
When the police raided in connection with this fraud, the accused Parminder Singh, Arshdeep Kumar, Pooja Taneja were arrested. According to the police, a laptop, PAN card, Aadhaar card, voter card and an iPhone purchased through the credit card of the plaintiff were recovered from them.
