Sodhi Brothers Advocate informed that on the basis of the statements of Aditya Nandan, resident of Bihar Hall, resident of House No. 2667, Sunny Enclave Kharar, a case was registered against some accused at Police Station Cyber ??Crime SAS Nagar under Sections 308(2), 127(2), 3(5), 351(2) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Sections 309 BNS of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

Who held Aditya Nandan hostage by locking the door and by threatening him, who had obtained the password and cleared lakhs of rupees from bank accounts and credit cards. He wrote in the complaint filed with the police that during the incident, the accused were calling each other by the names of Parminder, Pooja, Arsh, and another person.
When the police raided in connection with this fraud, the accused Parminder Singh, Arshdeep Kumar, Pooja Taneja were arrested. According to the police, a laptop, PAN card, Aadhaar card, voter card and an iPhone purchased through the credit card of the plaintiff were recovered from them.
