Balongi, January 31 - Balongi police have arrested 4 persons Rajiv Kumar Singh alias Billa resident of Balongi, Aman Singh alias Amna Billa resident of Balongi, Sanju and Sardar boy Channi resident of Balongi for surrounding a motorcycle rider and assaulting him and taking his motorcycle. And has registered a case under section 379 B, 384, 323, 341, 506, 34 of the IPC on the charge of snatching the purse.

Giving information in this regard, ASI Angrej Singh said that in this regard Vijay Kumar resident of Balongi had written a report that he was returning home from work on his motorcycle number PB65-AX-4094 in the evening when the road In 4 persons 1 Sardar and 3 Mone surrounded him. The men beat him with sticks and took away his motorcycle and purse. The ATM in the purse and the said persons asked for the pin number of the ATM and when he did not tell the number, they beat him further to which Vijay Kumar told the pin number to save his life.

They said that the said persons also threatened to kill Vijay Kumar and said that if he told anyone about this, they would kill him. He said that the said persons also withdrew Rs 25000 from Vijay Kumar's ATM.

Angrej Singh said that Rajiv Kumar Singh alias Billa was arrested by the police on January 27 in this case and the motorcycle PB65-AX-4094 was also recovered. After questioning Billa, another accused Aman Singh alias Amna was also arrested on January 29 and the complainant's wallet and ATM were recovered from him. They said that both have been produced in the honorable court and raids are being conducted to search for their remaining two accomplices.
