Chandigarh, June 6 - Haryana Industries and Commerce Minister Rao Narbir Singh said that promoting industrial development is the priority of the government. He announced that the Cabinet Secretariat of the Government of India has constituted a Committee for matters related to land use, building, construction and other priority sectors for Haryana.
In this regard, the Department of Industries and Commerce has issued the necessary notification. The Director General of the Department of Industries and Commerce will be the Chairman of the Committee, while the Chief Town Planner of the Department of Town and Country Planning, Chief Town Planner of the Department of Urban Local Bodies, and Chief Town Planner of the Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Department will be the members of the Committee.

The Committee may invite other members as per requirement as special invitees to discuss and deliberate on specific proposals.
