State government will compensate for the damage caused by waterlogging - Ranbir Gangwa.

Chandigarh, September 5:- Haryana Public Works and Public Health Engineering Minister Mr. Ranbir Gangwa said that under the registration of damage to crops due to waterlogging in various villages, an e-Shatipurti portal has been opened for 276 villages of Hisar district.

Chandigarh, September 5:- Haryana Public Works and Public Health Engineering Minister Mr. Ranbir Gangwa said that under the registration of damage to crops due to waterlogging in various villages, an e-Shatipurti portal has been opened for 276 villages of Hisar district. Earlier, this portal was opened for 81 villages, now farmers of 276 villages can register the damage caused to crops on this portal.
Cabinet Minister Mr. Gangwa gave this information while interacting with the villagers while reviewing the arrangements for repairing drains in Barwala, Hisar and village Gangwa on Friday. The 276 villages found on e-Shatipurti include 30 in Adampur tehsil, 19 in Balsamand, 28 in Barwala, 19 in Bans, 43 in Hansi, 87 in Hisar, 17 in Khera Jalab, 18 in Narnaund and 15 villages under Uklana tehsil. So far, about 25 thousand farmers have registered damage of 1 lakh 45 thousand acres.
He appealed to other farmers to verify the damage to their crops themselves on the e-Shatipurti portal as soon as possible.
