On this occasion, the Sikh community's desire to visit Sri Nankana Sahib and pay their respects on the occasion of Guru Sahib's Prakash Utsav is emotional.

A letter was written to the Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, four days ago on September 29, 2025, in this regard, and it is gratifying that the government has considered it.
Advocate Dhami stated that the decision taken by the Government of India respects the sentiments of the Sikh community, for which, on behalf of the Shiromani Committee, we thank the Prime Minister and Home Minister of the country.
Advocate Dhami stated that every year the Sikh community submits their passports for this pilgrimage with great anticipation, but when news of the group's failure to go is received, the religious sentiments of the community are hurt.
