
Jabalpur airport bomb threat proved false after investigation.
Jabalpur, June 30 - A bomb threat was received at Jabalpur airport in Madhya Pradesh, however, the threat was found to be false after investigation. Airport officials located in Dumna, Jabalpur said that an email threatening to blow up the airport was received on Sunday, after which the building was evacuated and an investigation was started.

Additional Superintendent of Police Suryakant Sharma said, “During the investigation, it was found that the mail was sent to 40 to 41 places simultaneously. This seems to be the work of some mischievous element.”
He said that immediately after receiving the information, the Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS), Dog Squad, local police along with the Central Industrial Security Force started a search operation. But no such (suspicious) thing was found.
He said that after the investigation, the flights were operated on time. All security measures have been taken at the airport and the situation is now normal. Sharma said that the task of finding the unidentified culprit has been entrusted to the cyber cell.
