
Booth and Basement Association delegation meets constituency MLA Kulwant Singh
SAS Nagar, August 18 - A delegation of Booth and Basement Association led by the organization's president Mr. Sarabjit Singh Prince met constituency MLA Mr. Kulwant Singh and demanded that GMADA grant permission for the construction of the upper floor of booths and basements.

Giving information in this regard, Mr. Sarabjit Singh Prince said that GMADA has to formulate a new policy regarding booths and basements and for this, GMADA had sought suggestions from shopkeepers, during which about 50 shopkeepers of Mohali have suggested to GMADA that permission be given for the construction of the upper floor of these shops and if GMADA does this, then GMADA can get a huge amount of money in the form of fee.
He said that the association has given a memorandum to the constituency MLA Mr. Kulwant Singh in this regard and Mr. Kulwant Singh has assured that he will approach the government in this regard and ensure necessary action in this regard.
The delegation, apart from others, also included Akwinder Singh Gosal, Senior Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce, former President of MPCA, DS Benipal, President of Phase 7 Booth Market, Harleen Singh Sethi, Rajiv Tandon, Ashok Narang and Vikas Kumar.
